The special education school of AMPANS, Jeroni de Moragas, had been created on 1978. Is the only school of this kind that exist in the region, and has become a landmark in the schooling of students from 3 to 20 years who need a specific media education.

The school Jeroni de Moragas offers to children and young the posibiliy to access a personalized itinerary education, in the legal framework educational existing, to facilitate the process of acquiring knowledge,skills and move towards social and labour autonomy.

The school, as a field of learning, offers a personalized teaching based on educational practices that make easy the inclusion and that promote learning between equals. Finally, a style of education based on reflective practice to analyze processes and educational methods.

The center adapts the rhythms of learning and the contents to the necesities of each one, has facilities and equipments suitables and complements the curricular activity with rehabilitative activities, sports, excursions, summer camps and workshops.
