The residential Els Comtals is a center especialized on to take care of the persons with intellectual disability and with changes in behaviour. Its funtion is basically for the rehabilitation of the emotional aspects of people and their social integration.

A building with history
The old country property, where today exists the residential Els Comtals, that is documented since century XIX. In the early century XX, the Bach family acquired the property and replaced the old farmhouse by a majestic house in modernist style. Later it was built the famous Tower’s Son (Torre del Fill), and after having several owners, was bought by the city of Manresa in 2003. Actually, the property is transferred to AMPANS, who after rehabilitation, develops a specializing residential project “Els Comtals”.
